You can cancel 14 days before departure and receive 70% refund except 30% deposit.

If you cancel 7 days before departure and receive 30% refund except 30% deposit.

After that, it's non refundable.

This tour is all non refundable due to special custom tour.

Orange Travels is not responsible for Optional tour refund and you had to contact tour operator directly by email or other.

If you test Positive in arrival to Iceland , you will get a 70% refund exclude 30% deposit. 

In order to get refund, please contact agents with your booking details and test result within 4 hours after you receive the test result.

If pass due 4 hour, you cannot get refund.

If your schedule change any reason, alternatively you can choose to reschedule to another date.

It may cost more or less depends on date.

If your tour is canceled by the tour operation due to weather condition or environment circumstances, you will get partial refund.

Iceland weather always changes a lot so check your email or contact list if it changes.

No show is non refundable.
